Cancellation & Refund Policy

 By booking the services of Angel Vibes, LLC, Pamela Anne or any of the contractors associated with this,  you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use.  

READINGS & REIKI SESSIONS

NO REFUNDS!!  You may cancel your reading OR reiki session up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment begins for a new appointment.   If cancellation is made day of your appointment there are no refunds and you forfeit your appointment and session fee.  We will do our best to accommodate your schedule  for  a future date within 30 days!

Event and Party Bookings:  A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of event booking, and full payment is due the date of the event, by Square, Venmo, CashApp or PayPal.  Seven day advance cancellation notice is required for event bookings otherwise the 50% deposit will be forfeit. Discuss and clarify all aspects of the event prior to the event so that expectations are clear and confirmed. 

COACHING

Due to selectivity, coaching packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Client must notify coach 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment if  client needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, otherwise you will be responsible for the entire session fee.  NO SHOWS forfeit session fee.   

• After the Coaching program has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled for up to 3 months after the initial payment.
• Refunds requested in writing 7 days prior to the beginning of the Coaching program will be given in full, less a $100 administrative fee.

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Classes are non-refundable. If you cannot participate in a class, you may request to have your ticket transferred  to someone else as long as its 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours result in a forfeited ticket that is not eligible for a refund of any kind.

CARD DECKS, CRYSTALS & OTHER PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We offer a service!  Please understand that when you schedule an appointment you agree to reserve time with the practitioner!  Rescheduling appointments is an inconvenience that also takes space away from another.
